30-Day Return Policy
We stand by the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as when you received it
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Shipping Costs & Return Logistics
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and logistics. We do not cover shipping expenses for returns or exchanges. Please note that return labels are not provided by Boosted Shades for domestic or international orders.
Starting a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at support@boostedshades.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
For product issues due to wear or accidents after 14 days, please see our Warranty Policy to learn about coverage and processing fees.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items, free items, or gift cards
Exchanges
Need a different pair? The fastest way is to place a new order and start a return for the original item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
