Shipping Policy

Notice:

Due to ongoing supply chain challenges, some orders may experience longer than usual shipping times. While most customers will receive their products within the expected time frame, please be aware that certain orders may encounter delays. International orders, in particular, may take up to 30 or more days. For any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us through social media or our contact us page.


Shipping Options:

We offer various shipping options to cater to your needs. Here's what you can expect:


FIRST CLASS (United States): Order fulfillment typically takes 1-3 days, with an additional 2-5 business days for shipping.


PRIORITY (United States): Orders are generally fulfilled within 1-3 days, with shipping taking an extra 1-3 business days.


International Shipping: Delivery times for international orders can vary widely, ranging from 2 to 6 weeks. Please note that international orders go through a third-party before reaching USPS, so you should allow an extra 2-3 days after receiving your "Shipped" notification for tracking updates. Once your order leaves the U.S., it may be handed over to your country's postal service for final delivery.


Tracking Your Order:

When your order is marked as "shipped," you will receive an email containing your USPS tracking number. If you don't receive your item when the tracking status indicates "complete," we recommend reaching out to your local post office to check if your item is being held.


International Customers: Please Note:

Once your package departs the United States, it becomes the responsibility of your country's postal system to complete delivery. Any issues with your local postal service are beyond our control. International deliveries exceeding 30 days are eligible for one re-shipment or a full refund.


Please allow a few days for your tracking number to become active; this is normal and indicates that your order has already been processed and shipped. You may receive a product review request email from our website before your item arrives; this is standard and doesn't necessarily imply an issue with your shipment. Please reach out to us with any concerns.


Tracking outside the U.S. is only available in select countries and may not update at all.


Some international orders may incur import duties based on your country/location. It's your responsibility to be aware of such taxes and tariffs, and you may need to visit your local post office to receive your order and settle any potential duties. If your order exceeds the hold period, it will be returned to our facility, and we will contact you.


We apologize for any inconvenience caused by our international shipping process. We strive to provide worldwide shipping at an affordable rate. Please contact us if your international order hasn't been delivered after 4 weeks.


Pre-Orders:

For pre-order purchases, your items will ship around the expected date (typically 2-4 weeks from the pre-order launch) this timeline is subject to change. If your order includes other products, they won't ship until the pre-order product becomes available. You will receive tracking information after purchase, but it will not update until the pre-order product leaves our warehouse.
