30-Day Return Policy:


We stand by the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.


Eligibility for a Return:


For your item to be eligible for a return, it must meet the following criteria:


It should be in the same condition as when you received it.

Unworn and unused.

With all original tags attached.

In its original packaging.

You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting a Return:


To initiate a return, please contact us at support@boostedshades.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label (US customers only) and detailed instructions for the return process. Items sent back to us without prior approval may not be accepted. International customers are responsible for return postage costs and coordinating the return shipping.


Damages and Issues:


Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We'll work swiftly to evaluate the issue and make things right. Please note that manufacturing defect replacements are subject to processing fees after 14 days from the date of purchase.


Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items:


Some items cannot be returned, including:


Custom products, such as special orders or personalized items.

Personal care goods.

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please be aware that we cannot accept returns or provide warranties for sale items, free items, or gift cards.


Exchanges:


If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way to get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item(s) and start the returns process for the item(s) you have.


Refunds:


Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Keep in mind that the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account may vary.
